Our 1300 and 1800 IP Numbers are great value for money
You no longer require a standard telephone number to use a 1300 or a 1800 service. Our 1300 and 1800 IP Numbers are IP Telephony based services which allow for a very low fixed cost per minute for every telephone call and not just for local numbers.
If you have a Carrier Grade IP Telephony service with us then the calls will land on that number and there will be no additional costs over the listed per minute charge.
Calls can also be routed to any standard Australian telephone numbers – including mobiles. Our standard low cost charges apply for these redirections so 10c per call to a standard land line and 15c per minute to a mobile. Compare that to the usual 30c to 45c per minute charges for a conventional inbound service terminating to a mobile and you can see why this service is such good value for money.
You can even have your calls answered by our Voicemail to Email Gateway so you can get your voice messages anywhere. That’s total service coverage for only $25.00 per month.
Currently, this service can only support a single landing number so it is not suitable for calls that need to be diverted by state or by postcode.
